Little late with this one but yesterday THE WIFE (just for you Barb) and
I put up 6 quart vacuum bags of broccoli. Straight from the garden to
the blanching pot and then spun dry in the salad spinner. Went into the
freezer and were added to the contents list on the freezer door.

Tomorrow we're going to try three different ways to freeze Tatume squash
plus DW has promised me a squash pie made with pumpkin pie spices. I'm
looking forward to that.
