Before I went to work, I had a big panzanella-style BLT salad: Romaine,
toasted ciabatta cubes, basil, bacon, and about three-quarters of a pint of
cherry tomatoes (which I sliced or halved, depending on how big they were).
The dressing was simple: I minced the bulbous part of a spring onion (the
top part was bitter so I threw it away), then mixed it with mayo,
buttermilk, salt, and pepper. I had iced berry-plum tea to drink.
I'm STUFFED! But just in case I get hungry before I leave (nine hours from
now), I brought a container of gumbo z'herbes and the makings of microwave
dirty rice with chicken livers and Louisiana hot links.

I made a curry using TJ's Thai Green Curry Simmer Sauce, and rockfish,
gren bell pepper, broccoli, onions, waterchestnuts, bamboo shoots, and
baby corn, topped with TJs thai limi chili peanuts, served alongside
coconut-cumin rice. Alongside we had a big fruit salad with watermelon,
blueberries and peaches, tossed with a tiny bit of cool whip that neede
to be used. Good stuff!
