It's been 24 hours, and now I'm supposed to put my raspberry freezer jam in
the freezer. As it sits now, it's not jelled at all! Will the freezing
process cause it to set, or have I made syrup? Thanks for any help!

I've had jelly set after 2-3 days in the 'fridge.
You can always reheat, add more pectin, and let it set again.
When I reheat jelly I add water because some will boil off in the reheating.
Reheating may not produce the best jelly but it can save a batch.
