I'm traveling for about 4 hrs... how can I pack these cheesecakes?

Cheesecake is a very good item to transport. I would put it in a box or
suitable plastic container. You can wrap it in plastic wrap if you want.
If you are using a topping, I would take that in a separate container and
add it at your destination. Ideally you would keep the cake below 40F.
That can be done in a cooler. If you aren't going to eat the cake
immediately, you could freeze it and let it thaw in transit.
