Backdraft Beans
These are to die for. I love these beans and make them at least twice a
month.
1 pound bacon, diced
1 pound white onion, diced
6 cups cooked pinto beans
4 pickled peppers, chopped
1 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoons liquid smoke
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Fry bacon and onion. Drain. Mix with remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake
at 375 for 2 hours.
