Someone here talking about minced meat and what to do with it, got me on
the trail to rissoles.
Trouble is........ 3 people (here, at home) have asked me for the
recipe....... and I can't oblige.
I did rissoles in a creamy peppercorn sauce, with mashed
potato/kumara/baked carrot and some roast pumpkin chunks on the side
(veges leftover from last night). and with some stir fried
veges......... crisp!!
OH!! It seems I also put some chopped up cheese in the rissoles!!
Bloody noice, and all but gone...... except for the portion that she
who wants to have it for lunch, is holding.
