Vidalia Onion Casserole
1 stick butter
2 Tbsp butter
1 sleeve saltines, crushed
2 lg. vidalia onions, sliced
2 lg. eggs
1/2 cup milk
salt
pepper
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Melt butter, and combine with crushed saltines, and press mixture in
9" pie plate. Saute onions in 2 Tbsp butter. Put onions on top of
crumbs. Combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, and pour over onions.
Top with cheese. Bake at 350 F for 25 mins.
