I went with grilling tonight, since it was almost perfect grillin weather.
I grilled 2 pork steaks in a commercial asian marinade slash baste. Just to
finish off the bottle.
And I got out the grill wok and another commercial marinade slash baste;
this one ginger honey...For the mixed veggies...zuchinni, mushrooms, red
onion, red bell pepper... Tasted great. And I made enough for lunch at work
tommorrow.
Using a spray oil beforehand sure made the veggies stick less. So the
grilling wok will clean up faster. That's my only gripe with a grill
wok...the clean up. I'm thinking one of those wire shrimp baskets dealies
might work out better.
