In this smoothie, we are talking about the small green limes: green
smooth limes between 1/2 and 1 inch (1,2 - 2,5 cm). Seems they are also
called Philippine limes, although for us in Malaysia we call them
"limau kasturi"
This smoothie I saw being made in a local Malaysian coffee-shop, and
the secret of this smoothie is to put lots and lots of ice!
The ingredients below make 1 smoothie of about 2 cups (500 ml)
Lime Smoothie: ingredients
-3 limau kasturi
-12 ice cubes
-6 teaspoon white sugart
Lime Smoothie: preparation
1.Place all ingredients in the cup of an electric blender, milkshake
maker or food processor and blend until smooth.
2.Strain the smoothie through a small sieve
3.Pour into chilled glass and serve smoothie immediately.

I love limes, I had never heard of pisco...
I had to look it up, it's a brandy right?
I can't imagine too many things not going good with limes
I would pay 10 bux for a smoothie such as this
(just ate fried chicken and I am parched)
but the brandy sounds good
