I had this from the local deli and it was great! Now they no longer
carry it and I'm missing it. Things I know were in it:
Red potato
Bacon
Cheddar cheese
Scallion (or chives)
I can't figure out the sauce though. If anyone can help?

It's a white sauce, but doesn't taste like mayo, or sour cream. I saw
one recipe that said to use straight ranch dressing, but that sounds
too strong.
