The Cook  
On Tuesday we canned six quarts of Yukon Gold potatoes and tried a jar
tonight. They are good and are still somewhat firm. Now it is time
to can the reds and blues. We peeled these and followed the
instructions from UGA. We will peel the larger ones and probably try
doing some of the smaller ones with skins on.
