Does anyone know of any BBQ competition teams that might consider
adding another helping hand? When I lived "down east", I cooked with
several co-workers in local competitions, and thoroughly enjoyed it. I
miss it, and would like to find a team to work with again. I now live
in the Triad area.

Go to BBQ contests and introduce yourself. Offer to work the night crew or
clean up. Bring your own beer. You'll find a team that needs a hand.
